Ingredients
1½ lbs (about 48 oz) brussels sprouts
â…“ cup oil (olive oil or vegetable oil)
1 tsp of butter
3 tsp ranch seasoning dry powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground or cracked black pepper
½ tsp minced garlic
â…› tsp red pepper flakes
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.
Cut off the hard ends of the brussels sprouts. Remove any yellow outer leaves.
Cut in half. Rinse under cold water. Drain and dry well.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together brussels, oil, butter, ranch powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic.
Transfer to large baking sheet with parchment paper or in the air fryer. Discard any fallen out leaves.
Bake in oven 18-25 minutes or 10-12 in the air fryer. I prefer mine cooked until the bottoms are brown and enjoy!
