Ranch Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs (about 48 oz) brussels sprouts

  • â…“ cup oil (olive oil or vegetable oil)

  • 1 tsp of butter

  • 3 tsp ranch seasoning dry powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp ground or cracked black pepper

  • ½ tsp minced garlic

  • â…› tsp red pepper flakes

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions


  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°F.


  • Cut off the hard ends of the brussels sprouts. Remove any yellow outer leaves.


  • Cut in half. Rinse under cold water. Drain and dry well.


  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together brussels, oil, butter, ranch powder, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic.


  • Transfer to large baking sheet with parchment paper or in the air fryer. Discard any fallen out leaves.


  • Bake in oven 18-25 minutes or 10-12 in the air fryer. I prefer mine cooked until the bottoms are brown and enjoy!
